Integrated Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policy

At Iberia Compositech Manufacturing S.L., a company specialized in the engineering, research, development, and manufacturing of products made from fiber-reinforced polymer-matrix composite materials, we are committed to providing products that meet the highest quality standards, ensuring the safety and health of our employees, and protecting the environment through the responsible use of resources and the prevention of pollution.

Our Integrated Management System is based on the standards UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN 9100:2018, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015, Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention, as well as all applicable legal, regulatory, and other relevant requirements. This policy is founded on the following principles:

  • Ensure the quality, safety, and conformity of all our products, fully meeting customer requirements and all applicable regulatory, legal, and environmental obligations.
  • Protect the environment by preventing pollution, using resources sustainably, managing waste and hazardous substances appropriately, and adopting environmentally responsible practices throughout all applicable phases of our products’ life cycle.
  • Protect the lives, integrity, and health of our employees by providing safe and healthy working conditions, identifying and controlling risks, and promoting a preventive culture based on participation and training.

Effective, Risk-Based, and Life-Cycle-Oriented Management

  • Apply the principle of efficiency in the management of all processes through a risk- and opportunity-based approach, identifying significant environmental aspects and implementing controls aimed at minimizing negative impacts.
  • Periodically evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the Integrated Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management System, promoting its maintenance and continuous improvement.
  • Integrate environmental performance criteria into operational, design, purchasing, and subcontracted activities, considering the product life cycle to the extent possible.
