Aesthetics and Functionality
The EVO paint booth features a 3-blade front, which provides greater manoeuvrability and efficiency during the painting process. This feature facilitates the handling of large and complex parts, optimising workflow and improving productivity.
Standard Inverter System
Equipped with a digitally calibrated Inverter system, the EVO paint booth optimises the flow rate and operation of the equipment based on real-time inputs. This ensures a more accurate and efficient painting process, adapting to the specific needs of each project.
Standard Recycling Damper
One of the most outstanding innovations of the EVO paint booth is its recycling damper, which enables the most energy-efficient drying cycles possible. By recycling the hot air from the cabinet, the need for outside air is reduced, maximising energy efficiency and minimising operating costs.
Quick and Easy Maintenance
The EVO cab’s “Easy-swap” filter system allows all the filters in the plenum to be replaced in a matter of minutes. This design facilitates quick and easy maintenance, minimising downtime and ensuring that the cab always operates in optimum condition.
Digital HMI panel as standard
The EVO paint booth is equipped with a digital HMI panel that offers full control over costs and maintenance. This system allows predicting maintenance and customising paint cycles through an intuitive digital display, improving process management and increasing operational efficiency.
